Every part of the trailer, from the main frame to the smallest component, is built from high-strength S700 steel and fully hot-dip galvanized for maximum corrosion resistance. The deck is made from 5 mm steel plate and coated with a COBRA anti-slip surface for improved safety and grip in all weather conditions. The main spine of the frame is crafted from 6 mm steel plate, while the crossmembers are made from 4 mm steel plate—a combination that ensures an excellent strength-to-weight ratio and outstanding structural rigidity. Along the entire deck, numerous heavy-duty tie-down points are positioned to accommodate both chains and cargo straps, making secure load fastening quick and easy.
